Our USA/Canada 110-120v Infrared Sauna Blankets show temperature in Fahrenheit and our 220-240v Infrared Sauna Blankets show temperature in Celsius.

Our Infrared Sauna Blanket will fit people up to 6 foot 7 inches in height. It’s important to note your head and neck should be outside the blanket when taking your session.

Easy breezy

Gets hot fast however, the bottom where your feet are is rather cumbersome to seal. Otherwise, it's a great system

Awesome sauna

I am so happy with this blanket. I want the dome now that it is available but this will be more portable and a great back up. It heats up fast and really gets you sweating. Super easy clean up, too. I use the blanket inserts for easier cleaning. Love it, it gets hot!!

Heck Yeah!

I love mine. I have a condition where my body doesn’t sweat, so I thought this would be hard for me. It turns out it is awesome and I do it everyday. I actually do deep breathing while in it and waaa-laaa I began to sweat a little. Over time my body is now able to sweat out toxins while I am in the blanket and I feel refreshed. I do it in the morning before showering and it is a great start to my day.

At night I use the red light mask.

It heats up fast and really gets me sweating after about twenty minutes. It feels incredible after a workout. I highly recommend a sauna blanket and laying on a soft surface to make it more comfortable.

I’ve had the sauna blanket for 3 weeks now and I am thrilled. The unit is very easy to set up and operate, and it reaches the pre-set temperature very quickly. I use it daily and have experienced a noticeable improvement in my muscle soreness and joint stiffness. I slip into the blanket immediately after taking a cool plunge and the pleasure is indescribable. I often doze off while relaxing in the sauna blanket, so that’s a bonus effect as well. I’m completely sold on it!
